The concept
A dramatic multi-level home that makes difficult topography feel effortless through vertical connection and framed water views.
Tides House steps with the land, placing the garage below, family life at the centre and private rooms above. A glazed lift and daylit stair form the vertical heart, while terraces at each level turn a steep site into a series of useful outdoor rooms.
